2015 Trends – what’s hot and what’s not

As we roll into 2015, new and exciting trends are emerging, informing us of what’s hot, and what’s not this year. We’ve picked our favourite trends for the forthcoming twelve months, all of which are changing the way we move through the world.

Ferocious Fitness

While we remain a huge fan of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, ‘gorilla’ fitness is on the rise. This intense (but very effective!) type of exercise has been dubbed ‘ferocious fitness’. However it’s important to remember that this rising trend is actually fun and hence appealing as a result. Here in Montenegro, we think our ‘ferocious fitness’ schemes will take us kayaking down the Tara Canyon, to hiking the challenging trails of the Luštica peninsula.

Healthy Hotels and Wellness Retreats

An increasing number of hotels appear to be championing health kicks with wellness retreat offers. Wellness Tourism is extremely popular and it’s not hard to see why. In our perpetually switched on world, the need to rejuvenate and kick back is a must.

Top Travel Destinations

We’re pleased to announce that Montenegro has been named one of the top travel destinations for 2015 ( Forbes ) and is poised to become a world-class luxury travel hotspot.

Also in the running for the top spots are Namibia and Lithuania, countries that are similarly brimming with UNESCO World-Heritage sites and sustainable, conservation efforts.
