The Luštica Bay team swapped the tranquillity of the Adriatic coast for the bustle of London this week as they met members of the British press to share the latest news from Montenegro.

With details of Luštica Bay only recently announced to the UK press, the appetite for more information on this new destination and its real estate opportunities was running high. And with Lonely Planet calling Montenegro  the superstar of the emerging market , interest in the country has never been higher.

Colin Kingsmill, our Head of Real Estate, and Bojana Saranovic, our Sales Executive, settled into the famously distinguished  Bentley’s Oyster Bar ,  to welcome journalists from the  International Herald Tribune , Diplomat Alto , Luxury Channel Spears Wealth Management ,   The   FT’  How to Spend It , and  Canary Wharf Magazine , among others.
The lunch they hosted provided plenty of leisurely opportunities to discuss every detail of the project, all while tucking into dishes including scallops with wild garlic, white beans and chorizo, Iberico pork with morcilla, and iced Amaretto with coffee Bavarois.
Some key themes emerged from Colin and Bojana’s conversations with the media: the journalists were particularly keen to hear how Luštica Bay’s  strong environmental credentials  and sustainable approach work to maintain the integrity of Montenegro’s stunning landscape. Colin and Bojana also discussed the significance of the Montenegrin government’s support for the development, as shown by their partnership with  Orascom Development Holding .

This is just the beginning of the story here at Luštica Bay, and with so much planned and so much still to reveal, Colin and Bojana will doubtless be back in London before long.

Now: watch the destination video that the London press saw…
